Mindfull Flow 

Our signature freestyle vinyasa flow class offers options for all levels of practice. Expect dynamic movements and creative sequencing that are woven together with breath awareness to create heat and release tension from the body. Each class is a "meditation in motion", filled with sun salutations, standing & seated postures, back bending and inversions paired with inspiring music to leave the body feeling light and strong and the mind focused and relaxed. 

class Styles

Candlelight Chill 
A deep chill out style class that is designed to refresh and rebuild. Half vinyasa flow followed by 20 minutes of yin yoga (deep stretching) and aroma therapy to alleviate muscle tension, work the connective tissues in your body and give your mind a well-deserved moment of relaxation. Class are taught by candlelight and paired with mellow beats to relax the mind.
